           From their inception in 2000, the Granville Cooper Funds have been associated with Queluz, a Brazilian financial partnership specializing in private banking, asset management, and capital markets.

       Two of the Queluz senior partners, John Schulz and Sylvio Botto de Barros, are Directors of both Granville Cooper Funds. Queluz provides marketing services for the Granville Cooper Funds through a distribution agreement. In addition, Queluz provides the Granville Cooper Funds disaster recovery and continuity of management services as well as operations and financial control support.
